We lab test every one of our wines in a certified independent lab in Napa Valley. Our key metrics are:
- less than 1g/L of sugar
- less than 12.5% alcohol
- less than 75 parts per million (ppm) sulfites
Sugar and alcohol are toxic in high doses, so we limit them for health reasons. Sulfites represent an unnatural way to make wine; we prefer to let nature take its course.
