Because all wine must undergo some form of fermentation to break down the sugars in the grape juice into alcohol, our wines are not yeast-free. Our wines use native yeasts. We do not source any wines with GMO yeasts. We value nature's logic and firmly believe that nature makes better wine than humans. Because of this, we insist all the wine growers we work with use native yeast fermentation, taking advantage of the local yeast strains that grow on the vines instead of commercial products made in laboratories.
