We only offer natural wines with low levels of sulfites which means that they can be enjoyed immediately after opening up the bottle. These younger wines are meant to be enjoyed quickly and not aged. They should be opened within 1-2 years. For storing the wines, we recommend keeping them in a cool, dark place such as a pantry, cellar, or in a fridge. We recommend that you consume an opened bottle within 4 days. Our wines will not go rancid or spoil, but they will change in taste quite considerably after those 4 days. This change may be a good thing and we want to make sure to set your expectation so it tastes the same from when you first opened it.
