Our natural wines feature crisper profiles without heavy additives and chemical gunk. They are fresh and vibrant, and a cooler temperature helps them express these qualities.
For our reds: serve them between 55-60 degrees Fahrenheit. To get them to that temperature, we recommend either putting them in the fridge for 20 minutes or on ice for 10.
For our whites, sparkling wines, and rosés: serve them cold, at 40-50 degrees. We recommend storing them in the fridge and removing them 15 minutes before opening.
That said, these are all suggestions. If you prefer wines slightly warmer, try it, and let us know how it goes!
